It’s common to receive a small percentage of records that may require a review, and that’s why we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. You’ll receive a full credit for any portion of the list that exceeds 10% of undeliverable records as long as these are raised within 30 days from the purchase order date.
Yes, once your file is ready, it will be delivered as a link via email to you. This link will be active for a period of 7 days. If you happen to lose the file and want it delivered again, you just need to reach out to the Customer Services Representative and request for your file. The rep will then send your file again.

All lists purchased/ordered are in a .csv format and are delivered electronically to you via the email address you provided or can be uploaded from an FTP site.

Offline Orders: We have improved and enhanced our order delivery experience for Offline orders. As soon as your order list is ready, it will be delivered as a link via email to you. This link will be active for a period of 7 days.
Data Widget (Online) orders: Please follow the below steps to access/download your list:
- Login to Exact Data: Mailing Lists and Leads using your email address and password that you used at the time of registration.
- Go to Order Summary and Download Page on the website.
- Once payment for the purchased list has actualized, you will receive an automatic notification in Order Summary and Download Page that your list is ready for download.
- This purchased list will be available for your use for a year from the date of delivery.
Offline orders purchased with a salesperson, will be delivered within 2-3 business days or sooner. Data Widget/Online orders are delivered the same day once payment is complete. However, if your list includes sensitive elements such as mortgage, age, etc., then it may be delayed until our team reviews your marketing material.
P.S: If you place an order after working hours, we request you to allow us processing time until the next business day.
Lists are purchased for multi-use unless they are controlled for one-time use. In that case, the Account Executive will work with you on the difference. The list is used for one year. After the year has passed, we recommend updating your list to receive newly hygiened contacts.
